Une très belle couleur, une belle mousse, qui tient sur la paroi du verre.
Au nez, c’est presque timide, mais on se doute que cela cache quelque chose.
En bouche: Ho que oui, ça envoie sévère!
L’amertume c’est tout de suite, d’entrée de jeu !
Un équilibre parfait, avec des saveurs de cuir/peau, d’agrumes, de thym !!
C’est beau, c’est fort, c’est pas pour les débutants, bref, c’est du Brewdog, du lourd, du grand !
